Calculation of VAT, CIT, PIT, withholding tax (WHT), social security contributions payable to ZUS, and other taxes and mandatory payments.
Preparation and submission of tax returns.
Employee onboarding, preparation of employment contracts, termination documentation, B2B contracts and other personnel-related documents.
Company setup, registration of changes with the National Court Register (KRS), preparation of corporate documentation related to personal data protection, internal policies and procedures, minutes of meetings of corporate bodies, and other corporate documents.
The cost of our services
is determined based on the number of employees, the number of invoices and the specific nature of the client’s business.
To make accounting costs easier to plan and budget, we calculate the annual service fee and offer an averaged fixed monthly price.
